5S Clean Up provides commercial and residential cleaning, organization, and home management services, including but not limited to:

• Office, hospital, clinic, school, and salon cleaning
• Carpet cleaning, floor stripping, and waxing
• Disinfecting services
• House cleaning, house manager, and home organization
• Any other services listed on our website or agreed upon in writing

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes and estimates provided by 5S Clean Up are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Quotes are based on the information provided by you at the time of the assessment. Any changes to the scope of work, facility size, or service requirements may result in a revised quote.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing if we discover conditions that were not disclosed during the initial assessment.

4. Bookings and Scheduling

• Service bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of the quote and scheduling agreement.
• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to scheduled services (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule. However, all scheduling is subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via: credit card, bank transfer, check, etc.
• Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
• Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled service with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.
• Rescheduling: We will make every effort to reschedule services at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• No-Show: If our team arrives at your location and is unable to access the premises or provide service due to circumstances within your control, a fee may be applied.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our services, you agree to:

• Provide clear and accurate information regarding the scope of work and any special requirements.
• Ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned or serviced.
• Inform us of any potential hazards, allergies, or special concerns prior to service.
• Secure any valuable or sensitive items, documents, or equipment before our arrival.

We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed.

8. Liability and Insurance

• 5S Clean Up is fully insured and bonded for your protection.
• We take every precaution to protect your property during service delivery. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., worn or damaged surfaces).
  • Damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed.
  • Loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
• Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of completion, and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by factors outside our control.
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions.
• Services that were not included in the agreed scope of work.

10. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, servers, or systems.
